I offer structured, progressive training plans for people that are looking to get better, faster and stronger also known as being able to Tackle what comes your way.

My training is unique, because it is designed for the athlete that has a demanding life on besides training.

I put a lot of thought, calculation and time into considering every clients workout and understanding their every day challenges and obstacles for training. Every plan is build on a customized 4-week template that changes after your progress in the plan. My programs are for the person who wants serious results but still has a “time budget”. I understand you, because I have a normal, busy life too, with family, social life, interesting work and hobbies.

Not everyone enjoys the process of working out and training. I understand that you and everyone else has their unique motivations and approaches to training.

Therefore it is my greatest motivation and determination to help push you toward your targets and goals within health and fitness in a focused, efficient but very importantly enjoyable way; challenging you physically and mentally.

 

If you are looking to become faster and better at your sport, a strength- and conditioning program will help you. However it needs to be a program that fits into your everyday life.

 

I will deliver your program directly to you via a complete online portal with video demonstrations and tracking features. Your program will be periodised to fit your goals, ensuring that you reach peak condition for a race, your goal or life in general. Your program will be designed to use whichever facilities/equipment you have access to, including bodyweight only programs. I will be available by email and video to answer any questions and I offer ongoing support and motivation.

 

Training should not only give you a strong body, but also give you a strong mind. Knowing how to push your limits, when to stop and be disciplined with your training are life skills. I want to offer training that gives you physical as well as mental strength to “tackle what comes your way”, that be a race, a triathlon, a marathon or just the demands of everyday life.
